The initiative encourages men to help women in the fight for gender equality, and emphasises the economic and social benefits to both genders from equality. Men are asked to share images to 'show the world you're in for equality', and women to share images 'celebrating men leaning in'. Witherspoon shared an image of her husband and son Tennessee, writing 'Every day, I'm so thankful to have this amazing man as my partner. I would not be where I am in this life if I didn't have his constant encouragement and complete support'.
